What formats do you support?

You can upload JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, and PDF files. Multi-page PDFs are automatically processed with each page scanned separately.

Do I need to manually input anything?

No. Just upload your receipts and we handle the rest - extracting vendor, date, amount, and more.

Can I upload multiple receipts at once?

Yes. You can select multiple files from your device and upload them together - we'll process them in a batch automatically.

How long does it take to process receipts?

Usually just a few seconds per file.

Is the receipt data always accurate?

We use industry-leading OCR and AI. Most results are very accurate, but you'll have the chance to review and edit before exporting.

Can I export to Excel or Google Sheets?

Yes. You can export your data as a clean CSV file - perfect for importing into Excel or Google Sheets. Direct integrations with Google Sheets and Excel are coming soon.

Can I append new entries to the same sheet over time?

Absolutely. You can keep all your receipts in one master sheet, automatically updated.

Will images be included in the export?

Each row includes a link to the original receipt stored securely in the cloud.

Are my receipts private?

Yes. All data and images are stored securely. Only you can access your files and spreadsheet unless you choose to share them.

Are receipt images made public?

No - image links are private and protected by secure access rules.

Is this GDPR compliant?

Yes. We take data privacy seriously and meet GDPR requirements for data handling and access.
